Cybele SS was a British Cargo Steamer of 1,9080 tons built in 1874 by Alexander Stephen & Sons, Glasgow, Yard No 168 for Donaldson Brothers, Glasgow.
She was powered by a steam 2 cylinder compound expansion inverted direct engines.
On the 15th August 1880 she was stranded on Heath Point, Anticosti Island Quebec, Gulf of St Lawrence and declared total loss when on route from Clyde to Montreal.
